Background
Demers Construction was formed by company President Dennis J Demers in 1971. It began when he purchased his first piece of equipment which was a Case Backhoe. Dennis ran the company out of his home in Marlborough, Massachusetts and still does to this day. After the purchase he slowly started to expanded the company. It began with just Dennis by himself performing the jobs and later grew to an employee base of 5-7 workers. With his wife Linda handling the books and Dennis himself digging the holes the company became Demers Construction Incorporated in 1981.
